We know we've been quiet for a while, but we've been working on big things behind the scene! Over the next few weeks, we'll share lots of new organizational updates. But first, we want to shine a light on all the things YOU helped us accomplish over the past year.

We're excited to share our first-ever impact report!

I'm particularly proud of the work we did to ensure equitable access to ALL of our programs by making our summer camps pay-what-you-can tuition, only partnering with organizations that offer programming to youth free-of-charge, and keeping our core programming completely free to participate. We piloted a new Student Advisory Board to make sure that youth voice included decisions that impact our work. And through our expanded Job Training Program and Creative Career Cohort, we put more than $23,000 directly into the hands of our youth - in addition to mentoring them in their career development. We believe in preparing the next generation of creative leaders, and we delivered on that promise in 2022!There's a lot more "new stuff" rolling out in the next few weeks - including a new website, new staff and board additions, and new ways you can engage with YiF.
