Hi! I’m Eliza, a Photographer with a background in Administration from San Diego, CA and I’m beyond excited to be a part of Youth In Focus. I believe these creative thinkers are the next generation of leaders and I am honored to participate in their journeys. I hope they create to inspire and challenge the world around them.I enjoy my music on vinyl, my candy sour and gummy, my feet in Converse, and my days full of laughter and good times.

Over the last few years, we've been working hard to make sure the Board of Directors not only better reflects the youth we engage but can help us amplify our efforts and better connect us with the communities we serve. The Board ensures we are making progress on our strategic plan and that racial equity and social justice guide our work in all aspects. As we strive to create a lasting impact through our work, it matters that the majority of our Board Members identify as BIPOC and that 69% share similar lived experiences with our students.
