A lot is going on in my picture from movement to the different types of light. I wanted to focus on lighting in the photo this quarter, filled with my work. I took this photo on the balcony of the place I take my classes. The subject of this photo was getting all the different lights and movements. The title of my artwork is DREAMY NIGHT. I was inspired by Gregory Crewdson who has taken staged photos and it made me feel a sense of exploration. I remember driving on the highway back from a long trip and I love that. A message I want to give is to pay attention to the small things because they matter. Something I learned from taking this photo is that it takes a lot of time to take the perfect picture and you will have some photos that you aren't gonna like. When I first came into youth in focus I wanted my photos to be about nature. So all of my photos were a result of some things that I didn't know I was interested in.
